Class 4 Autumn Term 2008
We have started this term by creating patterns. Some patterns were created randomly by using numbers out of a telephone directory, others were created by sewing and sticking sweets and pasta onto felt, to make an edible patchwork pattern.
We also looked at rhyming patterns and tried to write a poem based on "Don't Forget the Bacon".
We will continue with patterns through our topic on the Celts and Romans and make Celtic jewellery and Roman mosaics.
Later on this term we will be visiting Butser Ancient Farm, where we will become Celts for the day.
